Refund and Exchange Policy

At Bag Wears, customer satisfaction is our top priority. To maintain the quality of our service and ensure you are confident with every purchase, we offer a straightforward exchange process.

Important Note on Refunds

Please be advised that Bag Wears does not offer cash refunds. We provide exchanges for items that meet the criteria outlined below.


Domestic Orders (Pakistan)

1. Exchange Window

You may request an exchange within 4 days of receiving your delivery. Requests made after this period will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.

2. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange, your item must meet the following requirements:

  • Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • Tags: All original tags must remain intact and attached to the product.
  • Documentation: The original invoice and packaging must be included with the return.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or your online order confirmation email is required.

3. Items Not Eligible for Exchange

  • Any products purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Exchange Process & Fees

  • Exchange Fee: Customers are responsible for all courier and shipping charges associated with the exchange process.
  • Processing Time: Once we receive and verify the condition of your returned item, please allow 7–10 business days for the exchange to be processed and your replacement to be dispatched.

How to Initiate an Exchange

Important Notes

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges for defective claims since all products are quality-checked and a video of parcel packing is recorded before dispatch.
  • We recommend customers record an unboxing video for their own reference.
  • Exchanges are only possible when the above conditions are met.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled any time before dispatch. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email, and the exchange policy will apply.

Bag Wears reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:

  • Item is out of stock
  • Pricing errors on the website
  • Payment declined by the financial institution
