Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)

- Remote areas may take up to 10 days.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your location.
- We may offer free shipping promotions for selected products or order values.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
- You can track your parcel through our courier partner’s website.
Shipment Delays
- Delivery may be delayed due to:
- Weather conditions
- Incorrect address
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- High-volume sale periods
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- Please provide an accurate shipping address.
- If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
Lost or Damaged Packages

- Our team will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
