Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are displayed at checkout based on your location.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your parcel through our courier partnerโ€™s website.

Shipment Delays

  • Delivery may be delayed due to:

    • Incorrect address
    • Customs clearance (for international orders)
    • High-volume sale periods
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

  • Please provide an accurate shipping address.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages
